About Church Chats
A free talking therapy service that offers up to 6 solution focused sessions every other Wednesday at Christ Church in Higher Bebington.
Who is the service for?
Absolutely anyone in the Bebington area that needs support or wants to make a change. There is no need to be referred, no diagnosis required, no criteria to fit and no assessment.
The approach we use focuses on the changes you'd like to see and how you might begin to move towards the future you are hoping for. It is rooted in possibility rather than problem and asks questions that invites you to think about how you might get to where you'd like to be. It has been shown to be effective for lots of different things including anxiety, trauma, coaching, education and more.

Playing Your Lottery with Church Chats
